John has been actively involved in the medical revenue cycle since 2014, working with a wide range of healthcare practices and hospitals. His experience includes minimizing claim denials, maximizing reimbursements, and improving operational workflows across both clinical and business departments.
Strategic Growth & Financial Optimization Expertise
Previously, John served as director of business development for a medical billing company, where he personally managed more than 10 healthcare practices while co-managing additional accounts. He guided practices from credentialing through positive cash flow and sustainable revenue growth. Earlier in his career, John worked as a charge audit analyst at Beverly Hospital, where he improved billing, coding, and collections processes while maintaining the Charge Description Master (CDM). Jenny brings over 14 years of experience in medical billing and credentialing. She is a Certified Professional Coder (AAPC) and has worked extensively in oncology, hematology, nephrology, and internal medicine, giving her a broad clinical and billing perspective.
